What this help article will do
This guide shows you exactly where to find and download invoice files from each major distributor in the correct format for Manage Comics import. Each distributor has different file formats and download locations.

Prerequisites
Active accounts with the distributors you want to import from
Login credentials for each distributor's portal
Key terms
CSV – Comma-separated values file format used by most distributors
XLSX – Excel file format used by Universal Distribution
Invoice ID – Unique identifier for each invoice (Lunar uses 5-digit numbers)
Pre-Delivery Report – Alternative file from PRH available before final invoice (only available in USD)
How to Get Invoices for Importing
Step-by-step
Lunar Distribution
Go to lunardistribution.com and log into your account.
Click Account in the main navigation.
Choose "Shipments" in the Account menu.
Find the invoice you need and click the "Select Format" dropdown.
Choose "Manage Comics Shipment CSV" for shipping manifests or "Manage Comics Invoice CSV" for final invoices.
Download the file (Lunar names invoices by InvoiceID - a 5-digit number).

Log into your PRH self-service portal.
Navigate to "Orders" then "Invoices & Claims".
Click on the "Billing Doc #" for the invoice you need.
On the invoice page, find the "Download Invoice" dropdown on the right side.
Select "Download CSV" from the dropdown options.
Save the CSV file for importing into Manage Comics.
*NOTE Pre-Delivery Reports are found in a different area, and are only available in USD. We do not recommend you use these reports if you are in a region other than USA.
Universal Distribution
Log into the Universal Distribution portal.
Click on your account name in the upper right corner.
Select "Invoices & Cr. Memos" from the dropdown menu.
In the Invoices and Credit Memos screen, click on the invoice you want to download.
From the Invoice Details screen, click the "Download" button.
Select "Excel format" from the download options.
Save the XLSX file for importing into Manage Comics.
Diamond Distribution
Log into your Diamond Retailer account.
Navigate to "My Account > Invoices".
Click on "View Recent Invoices".
Select "Invoice (CSV)" as the invoice type.
Download the CSV file (Diamond names invoices by date for easy identification).
What you should see
CSV files from Lunar, PRH, and Diamond with product details and quantities
XLSX files from Universal Distribution in Excel format
Invoice files named by date (Diamond) or InvoiceID (Lunar) for easy organization
Shipping manifests from Lunar available before final invoices
PRH Pre-Delivery Reports available on the main dashboard under "Upcoming Deliveries"

Tips
Lunar shipping manifests are available as soon as your order ships, often before the final invoice
Diamond invoices are named by date, making them easy to find and organize
Universal Distribution is the only distributor that uses XLSX format instead of CSV
PRH Pre-Delivery Reports can be used as an alternative to invoices when available
Keep your downloaded invoice files organized by date and distributor for easy reference
Troubleshooting
Can't find the "Select Format" dropdown on Lunar – Make sure you're in the Shipments section, not the main Invoices section
PRH CSV download not working – Try using the Pre-Delivery Reports from the main dashboard instead
Universal Excel file won't import – Ensure you selected "Excel format" not PDF or other formats
Diamond invoices not showing recent dates – Check that you're looking in "View Recent Invoices" not archived invoices
File format not recognized by Manage Comics – Verify you downloaded the correct format (CSV for most, XLSX for Universal)
