Your Quickstart Steps
1 - Sign Up, and set up your general settings
Begin by entering your store details, such as your store name, and the primary store address, and default preferences. This ensures that all the basics are in place before you start adding data.
2 - Set up your Supplier Codes and Distributors for each publisher
Each publisher you order from needs to be connected to a distributor. Add the supplier codes you use with Diamond, Lunar, PRH, or other distributors so Oryx can properly track your orders and product data.

3 - Add new locations (for multi-location stores)
If your store has more than one location, add each one here. This lets you manage stock, orders, and customers per store while still keeping everything connected under your account.
Enabling and Managing Multi-Location
4 - Set individual location settings
Each location can have unique preferences — from which publishers they order from to specific customer rules. Take a few minutes to set these so each store runs smoothly.
5 - Set up email defaults
Customize your store’s default email settings, including “from” addresses and reply-to information. This makes sure your communications with customers are branded and professional.
6 - Import customers
Bring your customer list into Oryx by importing a CSV file from your previous system. This will allow you to start managing pull lists and subscriptions right away.
7 - Import subscriptions
Once your customers are set up, import their existing subscriptions. This ensures that when you check in your first shipment, customer pull lists are already ready to go.
8 - Create new administrators
Add staff accounts for anyone who will need access. Giving each team member their own login keeps everything secure and makes it easier to track activity.
